Asphalt Shingle Specialists

Residential Roofing — We Stay in Our Lane and Do It Extremely Well

We specialize in sloped asphalt shingle roofing for homes. Not metal, not tile, not flat membrane. If your house needs one of those, we'll tell you honestly that we're not your contractor — and that focus is exactly why our crews install the same system correctly every time.

Different House Vintages, Different Problems

Central Indiana housing spans 1900s bungalows through current construction, and each era fails differently. A 1950s ranch commonly hides multiple shingle layers and ventilation that was never adequate. A 1970s split-level has multiple roof planes meeting at different heights, which is where flashing shortcuts show up years later as interior leaks.

A 2000s subdivision two-story usually has builder-grade three-tab shingles reaching end of life along with the rest of the street, plus missing ice and water protection at the eaves. A recent build with a leak almost always has a workmanship problem, not an age problem.

We inspect for the failure patterns your specific vintage actually has, rather than running the same script on every house.

Who Is Actually On Your Roof

Every member of our crew brings 20+ years of hands-on roofing experience. They are our employees, trained to our standard. We do not subcontract roofing — not to fill a busy week, not ever.

This is the single most practical difference between us and a large-volume company. When work is subcontracted, the crew on your house is whoever was available and cheapest that week, and the quality of your roof depends on which truck showed up. Ours doesn't.

Owner-Led, and You Talk to the Owner

Jacqueline Hall founded the company in 2024 and is on every job. When you call, you get the owner — not a call center, not a commissioned salesperson working a quota, not an estimator who hands you off the moment you sign. She handles your inspection, your estimate, and your questions personally, and she signs off on every completed roof.

She's bilingual, so communication happens directly in English or Spanish. Hablamos español.

Residential Roofing Questions

Straight Answers

Do you work on metal, tile, or flat roofs?

No. We specialize in sloped asphalt shingle systems. If your home needs metal, tile, slate, or a flat membrane, we'll tell you honestly that you need a different contractor rather than take the job and learn on your house.

How do I know when my roof needs replacing?

Common signals are age past roughly 20 years, granule loss showing as bald patches or granules in your gutters, curling or cracking shingles, repeated leaks in different spots, daylight visible in the attic, and sagging areas. But signals aren't a diagnosis — a hands-on inspection tells you what's actually happening.

Do you offer financing?

We can discuss options for qualified homeowners, and we'll give you the terms in writing rather than quoting a rate we can't stand behind. Honestly, for many homeowners a HELOC through your own bank or credit union beats contractor-arranged financing on rate — and we'll tell you that even though it earns us nothing.

Are you insured if someone gets hurt on my property?

Yes — we carry current liability insurance and surety bonding, and we'll email the certificate the same day you ask. This matters: if an uninsured worker is injured on your roof, that liability can land on your homeowner's policy. Never accept "we're insured, trust me" from anyone.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Perry Township on the Indianapolis south side and serve Indianapolis, Greenwood, Center Grove, Southport, Beech Grove, Franklin Township, Bargersville, Whiteland, Franklin, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Greenfield, Mooresville, Shelbyville, and communities across Indiana.
