We Show Up. Even on Sundays.
That's not a marketing line — it's the promise this business was built on. If water is coming into your home right now, you don't need a sales appointment three days out. You need someone to answer the phone and get on your roof.
These Can't Wait Until Monday
Active water coming inside
Dripping ceilings, wet drywall, water running down a wall or light fixture. Every hour of water intrusion multiplies the interior damage and the eventual repair cost.
Shingles torn off by wind
Exposed underlayment or bare decking has no waterproofing left. The next rain goes straight into your attic, even if today is dry.
Tree limb or debris impact
Punctured decking, structural damage, or anything resting on your roof. This is both a water problem and a safety problem.
Hail event just hit your area
Damage is often invisible from the ground but starts the clock on your insurance filing deadline. Documentation now protects your claim later.
Sagging roof deck or ceiling
This can indicate trapped water weight or compromised structure. Stay out of the affected room and call immediately.
Storm damage before selling or closing
A damaged roof discovered during inspection can derail a closing. Fast documented assessment keeps the deal alive.
Do These Five Things Right Now
Free advice, no strings. Even if you call someone else, do this.
Move what you can, cover what you can't
Get furniture, electronics, and anything valuable out of the affected room. Cover what won't move with plastic sheeting or a tarp.
Catch the water and let it drain
Buckets under active drips. If your ceiling is bulging with trapped water, a small relief hole at the lowest point will drain it in a controlled way — a contained drip is far cheaper than a collapsed ceiling.
Kill power to the affected area
If water is anywhere near light fixtures, outlets, or wiring, shut off that circuit at the breaker. Do not touch a wet fixture or switch.
Photograph everything before you clean up
Wide shots and close-ups. Interior and exterior. Timestamped. This is the evidence your insurance claim depends on, and once you clean up it's gone forever.
Do NOT let anyone start permanent repairs yet
Temporary mitigation — tarping, sealing — is correct and usually reimbursable under your policy's loss mitigation clause. But permanent repairs before an adjuster sees the damage can jeopardize your claim. Keep every receipt.
We Will Not Use Your Emergency Against You
An emergency is the easiest moment in the world for a contractor to take advantage of you. You're stressed, water is coming in, and you'll sign almost anything to make it stop. Plenty of companies count on exactly that.
We will stabilize the emergency first and talk about a full replacement later. Those are two separate conversations.
We will not ask you to sign a replacement contract while your ceiling is dripping.
We will not tell you your roof is totaled when it needs a repair. Sometimes a repair is genuinely the right call, and we'll say so.
Our estimate will not expire, so you never have to decide under a countdown clock.
We are local. Our address is 8631 Zephyr Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46217. We're not leaving town after storm season.
Hablamos español. Si necesita ayuda con su techo, llámenos al (317) 822-1846. Le explicaremos todo con claridad, sin presión.
