Free Roof Inspection — We Actually Climb It

Drones are useful for measuring and for a general overview. They cannot tell you whether a shingle has been wind-unsealed, whether hail has bruised the mat beneath the surface, or how much granule loss has actually occurred. Those findings require hands on the shingle.

This matters enormously for insurance. Hail damage is frequently invisible from both the ground and the air. Homeowners get told their roof is fine, the claim window closes, and two years later a ceiling stain appears with no coverage left. We physically get on your roof — every slope, every time.

If a contractor assessed your roof without leaving the driveway or landing a ladder, you did not receive an inspection. You received a sales visit.

At the end of the inspection you receive the full documentation file: photos and video of decking condition, flashing, ventilation, penetrations, valleys, and any prior repair work. Dated, and clear enough for an adjuster to act on.

This is yours unconditionally. If you take our file and hire a different roofer, that's fine — you're better informed either way, and that's the point. It's your roof and it's your evidence.

Within 30 days of any significant wind or hail event in your area, even if you see nothing wrong. Most policies limit how long you have after a date of loss — often 12 months, sometimes less.

Before buying or selling a home, so a roof surprise doesn't derail a closing. Before your builder warranty expires on newer construction. And any time your roof passes roughly 15 years of age, so you can plan rather than react.
