We're an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor
Owens Corning doesn't hand this out. Preferred Contractors have to be licensed, carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and stay in good standing. We install Owens Corning Duration architectural shingle systems as our primary product — and critically, we install the complete system: starter course, ice & water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, ridge cap, and correct ventilation.
That last part is where a lot of roofs go wrong. A premium shingle installed without its matching accessory components may not be covered by the manufacturer warranty you think you're getting. We install the system the way Owens Corning specifies it.

5-Year Workmanship Warranty
In writing, on every roof. This is separate from the manufacturer's material warranty — and it matters, because most leaks come from installation, not from the shingle itself. A material warranty won't cover a flashing detail somebody rushed.

Do you charge for a roof inspection or estimate?
No. Roof inspections and written estimates are completely free, with no obligation. We physically climb your roof, document everything with photos and video, and give you the full file whether or not you hire us.
Does your estimate expire?
Never. Our estimates have no expiration date and no expiring discount. If we quote your roof today and you need eight months to decide, save up, or wait on an insurance decision, the number we gave you is the number that holds.
Will you tell me if I don't need a new roof?
Yes. Sometimes a repair is the correct answer, and sometimes your roof is simply fine. We will tell you that even though a replacement would be a bigger job for us. That honesty is the reason this company exists.
Do you subcontract your roofing work?
No. We never subcontract roofing. Every roof is installed by our own trained, in-house crew, and the owner is on the job — not an estimator who hands you off after the contract is signed.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Martinez Roofing & More LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. We are happy to email our certificate of insurance, bond documentation, and licensing the same day you ask.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty in writing, in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty. We are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and primarily install Owens Corning Duration shingle systems.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
Yes. We document damage the way adjusters need it documented, help you read your adjuster's scope, identify commonly omitted line items, and file supplements when the approved amount does not cover a correct installation. We cannot and will not promise that your insurance company will approve a claim — that decision is theirs alone. We also will never offer to cover or waive your deductible, because that is insurance fraud.
How much does a new roof cost in Indianapolis?
Published 2026 Central Indiana ranges run roughly $4.50 to $7.50 per square foot installed for architectural asphalt shingles, which is about $450 to $750 per roofing square. Your actual price depends on pitch, complexity, how many existing shingle layers must come off, and decking condition — which is why only a physical inspection can give you a real number.

How do I know if I have storm or hail damage?
Usually you can't tell from the ground — that's the problem. Hail knocks protective granules off shingles and can bruise the mat without leaving anything visible from your driveway, and wind can unseal shingles so they look flat but are no longer watertight. A hands-on inspection is the only reliable way to know.
